Trail Blazer's 3 Day Fishing Adventure takes campers to the Trail Blazer Survival Camp in Union County for the ultimate fishing weekend. Campers will fish for bluegill, crappie, and bass at our campgrounds and large channel catfish at the broad river. On Saturday campers will try their luck at a variety of lakes in the local area. Before campers begin fishing they will receive lessons on knots, rods, and reels. In the afternoon campers will learn survival skills related to fishing such as constructing crawdad traps, minnow traps, and bait traps. Each evening campers play camp games before sitting around the fire for S'mores and stories.
