Courses and Workshop Cancellation Policy

To hold your reservation, we currently require payment in advance. We accept cash and credit cards

When you book an event with Trail Blazer Survival School & Adventures, it is our commitment to hold a space for you and possibly turn others away from that particular event. There is also the cost of materials and food that may have been purchased based on your attendance.  With this in mind, please understand that we must be firm in adhering to our refund/credit cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel your scheduled class, course, workshop, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations are subject to a $20 registration cancellation fee
  • Cancellations 29 days to 7 days prior to event date – 50% cancellation fee or 100% credit toward another event.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event date or NO SHOW on day of the event – No Refund and No Credit toward another event

*  Trail Blazer Survival School, Inc., reserves the right to change instructors and venues for any course, workshop, or event as necessary.  We will notify our clients of changes should they be necessary.  Such changes do not change our cancellation policy.

** Trail Blazer Survival School, Inc., will provide a 100% refund or credit should any course, workshop or event be cancelled by our corporation.

Summer Day Camp Cancellation Policy

To hold your reservation, we currently require payment in advance. We accept cash and credit cards

When you book a week or more of Summer or Holiday Day Camp with Trail Blazer Survival School, it is our commitment to hold a space for you and possibly turn others away from that week. There is also the cost of materials purchased, secure registration site we use and credit card processing fees that are paid .  With this in mind, please understand that we must be firm in adhering to our refund/credit cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations or NO SHOW are subject to the full cost of the registration and there is no credit given for future day camps.
  • Switching weeks may be requested if there is space available in the week you want to switch into.  There is a $30.00 fee for this service

*  Trail Blazer Survival School, Inc., reserves the right to change instructors and venues for any summer or holiday day camp as necessary.  We will notify parents/guardians of changes should they be necessary.  Such changes do not change our cancellation policy.

** Trail Blazer Survival School, Inc., will provide a 100% refund or credit should any summer day camp be cancelled by our corporation.

At check out our secure payment service will give you an option to make your course, workshop, or day camp fully refundable.
The ACTIVE REFUND typically charges about 20% for this service.
You will be able to receive a 100% refund for the cost of your purchase if you are unable or unwilling to attend your activity for any reason.

Please examine their Terms & Conditions for ACTIVE Refund.   Please note that  refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your activity date, and activities that are cancelled, postponed, or changed from a live activity to a “virtual” or online format are not eligible for a refund via ACTIVE Refund. The fee to purchase ACTIVE Refund is generally non-refundable.

If you opt for this service please contact Active concerning the refund.  Trail Blazer Survival School, Inc. does not administer this program and contacting us 48 hours prior will not protect your rights to a refund.  You must contact Active to preserve your rights to receive these benefits.  Please see Active’s Terms & Conditions for more information.
